Intocmirea studiului de piata si a analizei economice de fezabilitate este prima etapa in derularea investitilei ce urmareste achizitionarea si/sau viabilizarea din punct de vedere urbanistic a terenului/ imobilului ce va deveni baza investitiei. Intentia noastra este sa oferim clientilor un pachet de servicii complete in domeniul constructiilor oferind astfel si servicii de proiectare realizand documentatia - faza PAC, PTh, DDE pentru obtinerea autorizatiei de constructie.
Realizate de profesionisti, aceste proiecte contureaza cladirea dorita de client, tinand seama de factorii optimi de functionalitate si rezistenta fie ca este vorba de segmentul rezidential, industrial, comercial sau al spatiilor de birouri.
